Anchorages of the Channel Islands - Having these wonderful islands near by is so handy:-) With so many choices for anchoring it's often up to which way the wind blows.
Smugglers - Santa Cruise This place is often our safe stopping place on the way to other anchorages being that it's the closest to our home port. On our best day we sail back in 2.5 hours, motoring takes about 4 hours average time is about 6 hours. Once a place where smugglers,booze runners & perhaps other contra band traders loaded & off loaded their fair for trade in the black market.
